Pule Hill

This is the view from Buckstones Edge, showing Pule Hill in all it’s glory in the background with the setting sun and the deep ravines across Marsden Moor. I decided to paint this in oils to be able to pick out the unique colours as the sun bounced on the hills, creating softer but distinctive shapes. These natural shapes in the landscape are fascinating, added to with hints of industrial activity in the past.

Oil on canvas, with a quality, handmade oak frame. Overall size 450 x 650 x 26mm.

£180, which includes packaging and postage within the UK, or personal delivery within 15 miles of Huddersfield.
