Drama can be exciting, thrilling and make us feel fizzing with life. But it comes with a risk and we need to think about how much risk we can deal with. Too much drama, everyday, can be exhausting, debilitating and distorting.
When I go to wild spaces, these days I love to sit and watch the drama, as, physically, walking into it is becoming more challenging!
